Through sweat, struggle and suffering. Now that I know how this thing called life works(somewhat) the path is easy and relaxed. I needed every event to have happened to make me the person I am today. I am truly blessed and grateful for all of my experiences, even the very painful ones.

We are whole beings ~ body, mind and spirit. Unfortunately, we tend to compartmentalize each part and work on them separately, as if there is no direct connection. Having lived with chronic pain all my life, it wasn't until I developed a greater awareness of mindset that the physical pains were also dealt with. This also caused shifts in other areas of my life. Who knew? Fascinating!
