What was the last gift you gave yourself?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 31, 2008:

I spoil myself with gifts everyday. I teach and preach about extreme self-care. It is so important. We cannot give away what we do not have. If I am depleted of energy, then I will not be any good to anyone else. Extreme self-care is the gift I give myself on a daily basis.
