I don't assign "trouble" to anything, only opportunities. Nothing happens to me, it happens for me.

All of the people in my immediate circle are extremely caring. I have intentionally disassociated myself from those folks who have a broken care-mometer!

Community plays a huge role in my life. I not only belong to this Gaia Community, but I am about creating communities of safe, sacred and spiritually-minded women to share the things they are not able to voice in their own worlds. We were created as relational beings, we are not meant to be alone on the journey.

We are whole beings ~ body, mind and spirit. Unfortunately, we tend to compartmentalize each part and work on them separately, as if there is no direct connection. Having lived with chronic pain all my life, it wasn't until I developed a greater awareness of mindset that the physical pains were also dealt with. This also caused shifts in other areas of my life. Who knew? Fascinating!

Through sweat, struggle and suffering. Now that I know how this thing called life works(somewhat) the path is easy and relaxed. I needed every event to have happened to make me the person I am today. I am truly blessed and grateful for all of my experiences, even the very painful ones.

Personally I prefer the barter system ~ that way people are valued more than money.

Color plays a lovely role in my life; though never a significant one until I got into energy healing work. The Chakra system is color-coded. I love green and purple as they are the colors of hope, healing, peace and passion.

I whisper everyday ~ as I do my EFT and not to disturb anyone, I speak in a whisper. And as I speak more and more to myself, I whisper!

Being an empath, I cannot help but.... As a child, I remember another child falling or getting hurt and I would feel it physically in my body. I never knew what this was or why me, but I didn't like it. Today, it is still difficult especially when so many people are hurting, but I can use it in my work as a healer and it has made all the difference.
Thank God Elaine Aron has brought this into the mainstream ~ Highly Sensitive People.

I do, daily! One of my mentors says that if you begin to study one new thing every three years, by the end of that time, you are an expert on another subject! It works for me. Currently I am studying brain science and the mind.

I would be like Lydia, in the Book of Acts ~ a "seller of purple." An enterprising, independent woman, though faithful to friends, family and her God. And I love purple!

I believe there are subtle differences: health is more the "what" while wellness is the "how".

About fifteen years ago when I started studying to become Roman Catholic. I was fascinated with so many faiths and beliefs, and wondered why we had to be so different when we weren't so very different in most other respects. I believe we all are prone to love and be loved. What else is there really?

I don't read newspapers or watch television news. I scan the headlines online. Current events only affect me to the level that we are all one collective body and if one member of the body is hurting in any way, then I am called to give assistance in some way. I do not get caught up in collective fear, but in love.

Nothing. I and my personal values have become one; if I ignore them, I ignore who I am. Been there, done that. Ain't doing it no more!
